【摘要】目的：观察分析安宫牛黄丸治疗急性中风的疗效结果。方法：将2007年1月～2008年12月期间我院收治的64例急性中风患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)，两组患者各方面情况无显著性差异，具有可比性(P>0.05)。两组均给与常规综合抢救治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上添加应用安宫牛黄丸治疗。结果：两组患者在神经功能损伤评分比较方面具有显著性差异(P<0.01)；综合疗效比较方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：采用安宫牛黄丸配合常规综合抢救治疗急性中风患者明显优于单纯常规综合抢救治疗，短期应用安宫牛黄丸治疗中风急症除脱证外的其他证型，确有奇效，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective：It is the treatment of acute stroke Angongniuhuang Pill efficacy results. Method：In January 2007 ~ December 2008 our hospital during the 64 cases of acute stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases), all aspects of the two groups of patients with no significant difference(P>0.05), with comparable sexual. Both groups were given conventional General rescue treatment, the treatment group with Angongniuhuang Pill treatment. Results：Two groups of patients with neurological injury score compared with significant difference(P<0.01); General effects have significant differences with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion：With the conventional use of general Angongniuhuang Pill rescue treatment of acute stroke patients better than a simple regular life-saving treatment, short-term application of Angongniuhuang Pill acute treatment of stroke in addition to evidence from other card-type, there are worthy to be popularized. ......
