【摘要】目的探讨体外循环心脏术后并发精神障碍的原因分析及护理体会。方法回顾性分析1253例体外循环心脏手术后并发精神障碍33例临床资料。结果本组33例患者出现精神障碍并发症，发生率为2.63%，33例均治愈出院。结论体外循环心脏术后精神障碍的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果，应采取综合护理措施，提高治愈率，改善疾病预后。

    【Abstract】 Purpose :Explore the off-pump cardiac surgery complicated analysis of the causes of mental disorders and nursing. Ways Retrospective analysis of 1253 cases of off-pump heart surgery complicated by mental disorders after the clinical data of 33 cases.Results:33 cases of this group of mental disorders in patients with complications, the incidence rate was 2.63%, 33 cases were cured and discharged.Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary bypass after cardiac surgery is the occurrence of mental disorders a number of factors the results of comprehensive care should be taken measures to improve the cure rate and improve disease prognosis. ......
