【摘要】建立移植免疫耐受是维持移植器官长期存活的理想境界。目前，在应用的诱导移植免疫耐受的方案主要有：建立嵌合体；应用阻断共刺激通路的抗体；克隆清除；免疫抑制；免疫调节等。

At present, the application of immunological tolerance induced by the program include: establish chimerism; application of costimulatory pathway blocking antibodies; cloneal deletion; immune suppressive; immune regulation and so on.
