【摘要】目的：探讨新型软聚硅酮敷料治疗放射性湿性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：利用新型软聚硅酮敷料对23例Ⅲ度放射性湿性皮炎患者进行治疗与观察。结果:23例Ⅲ度放射性湿性皮炎患者受损局部皮肤于3～12天恢复正常弹性，未留疤痕。结论：新型软聚硅酮敷料治疗Ⅲ度放射性湿性皮炎疗效显著，大大缩短了伤口愈合时间，减轻患者痛苦。
