    巴特日七味丸联合金嗓散结丸治疗声带小结的疗效分析

    目的探讨巴特日七味丸和金嗓散结丸联合治疗声带小结的疗效。方法选择声带小结的患者109例，并将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组使用巴特日七味丸和金嗓散结丸联合用药治疗声带小结，对照组则单独使用金嗓散结丸。观察和比较两组患者的总有效率、声带小结消失时间、复发率。结果所有病人经门诊随访半年以上。治疗组总有效率为88.5%，对照组总有效率为71.9%，两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论巴特日七味丸和金嗓散结丸联合用药治疗声带小结的临床效果明显优于单独使用金嗓散结丸，既提高了临床疗效，也缩短了治疗时间，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of vocal nodules treated with bateri qiwei wan joint sanjie wan.MethodsThe 109 patients were chosen from Huangshi centre Hospital outpatient during Sept 2012 and Feb 2014, they were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, the treatment group was treated with bateri qiwei wan joint jinsang sanjie wan,the control group was treated with jinsang sanjie wan only.
