    同型半胱氨酸与D-二聚体检测在妊娠期高血压诊断中的应用

    目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者检测同型半胱氨酸、血浆D-二聚体的临床意义。方法检测83例妊娠期高血压患者以及80例血压正常的孕妇的同型半胱氨酸、血浆D-二聚体水平，同时选择85例非妊娠妇女作为对照。结果妊娠期高血压患者同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体水平与健康孕妇和非妊娠妇女相比较，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体测定在妊娠期高血压的早期诊断和预后判定中具有重要诊断价值。

    Abstract:Objectiveto study the patients with gestational hypertension homocysteine and the clinical significance of plasma D - dimer.Methodsto test 83 cases of gestational hypertension patients, 80 cases of pregnant women with normal blood pressure homocysteine, plasma D - dimer level, at the same time, choose 85 cases of without pregnant women as control .results the patients with gestational hypertension homocysteine, D - dimer level compared with healthy pregnant women and without pregnant women, the difference had statistical significance (P0.01) conclusion homocysteine, determination of D - dimer in gestational hypertension has important value in early diagnosis and prognosis judgement. ......
