【摘要】壮医骨科是壮族地区特有的壮医药治疗骨伤科疾病的治疗方法，带有民族性、地域性和传承性，在民间医药治疗骨伤科疾病中有重要的作用。文章阐述了壮医骨科的产生、特点及发展现状，发现壮医骨科发展存在的问题，并对未来壮医骨科的创新发展提出建议。
