    替米沙坦胶囊中有效成分的含量测定

    【摘要】目的：建立替米沙坦胶囊中替米沙坦的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定替米沙坦含量，检测波长为295nm。结果：替米沙坦在2.51～25.10μg范围内线性关系良好，r大于0.999。结论：本法准确可靠，可行性及重复性好，适合替米沙坦的质量控制。

    Abstract:Objetive To establish a method for determination of Telmishartan capsules. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure telmishartan content in Telmishartan capsules. Wavelength detection distributed at 295nm. Results The method was suitable for determination of telmishartan in Telmishartan capsules. The linear ranges of telmishartan was 2.51～25.10μg/ml(r>0.999). Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible and suitable for the quality control of telmisartan. ......
