“已病防变” 干预在糖尿病周围神经病变25例中的应用

    【摘要】目的：探究“已病防变”的思想对糖尿病周围神经病变患者糖代谢指标和足部症状影响。方法：选取糖尿病周围神经病变的45例患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组行常规治疗，研究组在对照组患者基础上应用“已病防变”的理念进行治疗，包括穴位按摩、中药足浴、毕格氏运动，观察两组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2hBG)、甘油三脂(TC)、总胆固醇(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)以及足部症状评分的变化情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者FBG、P2hBG、 TC、TG、 HbA1C均显著降低(P0.05). Conclusions The conception of “stopping the progression of disease” and its treatments will improve the biochemical markers of glucose metabolism and clinical symptom of foot of the diabetes patient from peripheral neuropathy.
