    延冰片中延胡索乙素的含量测定

    【摘要】目的：延冰片是由延胡索、冰片以及辅料制成的片剂，临床用于冠心病、心绞痛的治疗。研究通过对流动相、峰形、分离度以及出峰时间等做比较，旨在制定延冰片中延胡索乙素的含量限度。方法：以延胡索乙素为延冰片的指标成分，利用高效液相色谱法测定其含量，以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值6.0)(55∶45)为流动相；检测波长为280nm。结果：延胡索乙素可以作为延冰片的定性鉴别；为本制剂制定了含量限定，而每克含胡索乙素不低于5.20mg。结论：采用高效液相色谱法测定延胡索乙素的含量，该方法精确、快速，可行性良好，适用于延冰片的质量控制。

    Abstract:Objective Rhizoma corydalis borneol tablets dosage form consists of corydalis rhizome,borneolum syntheticum and auxiliary material, mainly used for coronary heart disease, the treatment of angina pectoris.This article through to the mobile phase, peak shape, separating degree and the peak time and so on, Finally of this paper is to develop content limit extension of tetrahydropalmatine, in rhizoma corydalis borneol. Methods Using orthogonal design method, taking the extract the alkaloids content as index, The quality standards for tetrahydropalmatine, borneol tablets dosage form. Quantitative analysis of its content by HPLC.With methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (triethylamine adjust pH value to 6.0) (split 55∶45) as mobile phase; Detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results The formulation for tetrahydropalmatine as qualitative identification standard, the content of tetrahydropalmatine shall not be less than 5.20mg/g. Conclusion Using this method for determining the content of tetrahydropalmatine .This experiment optimized production technology is considered feasible and reasonable. And the quality is stable and controllable. ......
