    正交试验优选玉女煎多糖提取工艺研究

    【摘要】目的：探索玉女煎多糖提取的最佳方法。方法：采用苯酚-硫酸显色测定玉女煎多糖的含量，采用L9(3`4)正交试验考察提取溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数对玉女煎多糖提取的影响，并确定多糖最佳提取工艺。结果：玉女煎最佳提取工艺为12倍量的蒸馏水回流提取3次，每次30min。结论：该工艺稳定可行，可用于玉女煎多糖的提取。

    Abstract:Objective To optimize the condition of extraction of polysaccharide from Yunv decoction. Method The content of polysaccharide from Yunv decoction was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, and L`9(3`4) orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide by taking solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and times as factors. Result The optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide from Yunv decoction was as follow: 12 fold water, 3 times, 30min per. Conclusion The process is stable and feasible ......
