小儿清咽颗粒中青黛的薄层色谱鉴别研究

    【摘要】目的：对小儿清咽颗粒中青黛薄层色谱检验存在的困难进行研究，以期为提升小儿清咽颗粒的法定标准提供依据。方法：按2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》附录中薄层色谱法和卫生部药品标准《中药成方制剂》第六册中小儿清咽冲剂的质量标准，对小儿清咽颗粒中青黛进行薄层色谱研究。结果：采用回流或温浴超声的方法提取能明显改善青黛提取效果，样品在与靛蓝、靛玉红对照品的位置可见清晰的斑点，阴性实验无干扰。结论：改进后的方法简便准确、稳定可靠，增强了小儿清咽颗粒中青黛薄层色谱鉴别的重复性和可鉴别性。

    Abstract:Objective To solve the problem of Indigo Naturalis testing by TLC in the real job，to improve the assay for identification. Methods The research work was according to The People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition and Pharmaceutical Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine Drugs Preparation, to determine method. Results The spots in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution correspond in position and color to the spots in the reference solution, while there was no the same color spots in the control sample.
