    狗蚁草不同萃取部分含药血清对HSC-T6细胞增殖的影响

    【摘要】目的：探究狗蚁草不同萃取物对肝星状细胞(HSC-T6)增殖的影响。方法：制备狗蚁草不同溶剂萃取物的含药血清，通过MTT法检测含药血清对肝纤维化体外模型HSC-T6增殖的影响。结果：狗蚁草乙酸乙酯萃取物10%、5%、2.5%含药血清、95%乙醇提取物10%含药血清对HSC-T6细胞增殖有抑制作用。结论：狗蚁草乙酸乙酯萃取物和95%乙醇提取物能够抑制HSC-T6细胞的增殖，其中狗蚁草乙酸乙酯萃取物活性优于95%乙醇提取物。

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the activity of different extracts of Alysicarpus Vaginalis (L.) DC in anti-hepatic fibrosis .Methods Prepareing medicated serum of different extracts of Alysicarpus Vaginalis(L.)DC. To study the influence of medicated serum on the growth of HSC-T6 cell that is a vitro model of hepatic fibrosis by the MTT method. Results Compared with blank control group, the 10%, 5%, 2.5% of medicated serum of ethyl acetate extract and the 10% of medicated serum of 95% alcohol extract of Alysicarpus Vaginalis(L.)DC significantly inhibite the growth of HSC-T6 cell. Conclusion The ethyl acetate extract and the 95% alcohol extract of Alysicarpus Vaginalis(L.)DC are active in anti-hepatic fibrosis, the effect of the ethyl acetate extract is better than the 95% alcohol extract. ......
