前列地尔注射液致不良反应13例临床分析

    【摘要】目的：分析前列地尔所致不良反应的特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集13例使用前列地尔产生不良反应的病例报告，对患者性别、年龄、用药情况、不良反应表现、处理方法与结果等方面进行统计分析，归纳其不良反应特点。结果：前列地尔不良反应报告13例，主要临床表现为静脉炎、皮疹、头晕、头痛，多数发生在用药后0～3d。结论：临床应加强前列地尔不良反应的监测，及早预防，减少不良反应的发生。

    Abstract:Objective Analysis of field to be caused by the characteristics of adverse reactions, provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Collected from January 2014 -10 August2014 use lead to adverse reactions caused by the report, the patients' gender, age, drug use, adverse reaction performance, processing method and the results were statistically analyzed, summarized the characteristics of adverse reactions. Results 13 cases of adverse reactions of alprostadil report, the main clinical manifestations of phlebitis, rash, dizziness, headache, mostly in treatment 0 ～ 3 days. Conclusion should strengthen the monitoring, clinical adverse reactions of alprostadil early prevention, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. ......
