昆明市第三人民医院静脉药物调配中心退药原因分析

    【摘要】目的: 分析昆明市第三人民医院静脉药物调配中心退药现状和原因，促进合理用药。方法:对2014年1月至12月静配药物调配中心的退药共11948份进行分类统计。结果:退药原因主要有医师因素、护士因素、患者因素和药品因素等。 结论:应通过优化PIVAS退药流程、规范退药管理、加强医护人员培训以及与药师的沟通协调来减少退药的发生率。

    Abstract:Objective To analyze the situation and the causes of drug withdrawal in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)，to promote the rational drug use in our hospital.Methods AnaIyzed 11948 drug repercussion orders in PIVAS from January to December 2013.Results The main reasons for drug withdrawal were the doctor factors，the nurse factors, patient factors and drug factors.Conclusion We should reduce drug repercussion by optirnjzing the process of PIVAS drug repercussion,regulating drug repercussion management, strengthening medical personnel’s training,and enhancing the communication with PIVAS pharmacists. ......
