【摘 要】 临床皮肤病治疗方法中，“以皮治皮”的思想体现了中医取类比象的思维，古籍中有大量关于植物皮类中药治疗各种皮肤疾病的记载；而现代药理研究也证明植物皮类中药具有抑菌、杀菌、抗炎、抗过敏、免疫调节以及镇痛等作用。在皮肤科疾病的治疗中，该类药物可以在临床广泛应用。
