【摘 要】 目的：改进拳参的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法：以拳参对照药材为对照，通过改变提取方法和展开剂系统，改进其薄层鉴别方法。结果：在薄层色谱中检出拳参的特征斑点，所建方法操作更加简单。结论：该方法专属性强，可用于拳参的质量控制。

    Abstract：Objective To improve the TLC identification method of bistort rhizome. Method Through the improvement of extraction method and expansion system， the feasibility of experimental was evaluated by TLC based on bistort rhizome control. Result Bistort rhizome in TLC had characteristic spots and the method was simpler. Conclusion The result showed the TLC method was highly specific. It was capable to control the quality of bistort rhizome.
