【摘 要】 “肾生髓养脑”的现代生物学本质可能为海马体与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴，维生素D与海马体以及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的关系已被证实，通过文献整理分析，本文认为维生素D可以通过海马体与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴来对“肾生髓养脑”导致的认知障碍产生影响。

    Abstract：Modern mechanisms of Kidney produce marrow may hypothalamic - pituitary - adrenal axis and hippocampus function changes， and vitamin D has been proved has a larger association with the hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal axis， and the steroids vitamin D possibly through the HPA and hippocampus to produce an effect on cognitive function.
