【摘 要】 目的：观察针刺配合推拿正骨治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组实施针灸治疗，在此基础上对治疗组实施推拿正骨辅助治疗，2个疗程以后对两组临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：治疗组总有效率优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针刺配合推拿正骨可显著提高椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the curative efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage and bone setting on patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 90 cases were divided into treatment group and control group 45 cases.The control group was treated by acupuncture. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with massage and bone setting. The efficacy was assessed after 2 courses. Results The efficacy in treatment group is better than that in control group. The efficacy on two groups had obviously different(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage and bone setting can improve the efficacy of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. ......
