【摘要】脂溢性皮炎中医称之为“白屑风”、“面游风”。病因主要由湿热内蕴，感受风邪所致，临床辨证以血热风燥和肠胃湿热多见，治法以祛风清热、养血润燥和健脾除湿、清热止痒为主，根据临床症状辨证加减用药，文章对脂溢性皮炎的历史沿革，中医内外治法进行研究概述，以期为临床提供参考。
