栀龙凝胶膏贴的水提工艺研究苏松柏张建玲,栀子苷,正交实验设计,高效液相色谱

     【摘要】目的：研究栀龙凝胶膏贴的水提工艺。方法：以栀子苷的含量为指标，采用正交实验法优选栀龙凝胶膏贴药材的最佳提取工艺。结果：最佳提取工艺为加10倍量体积的水，提取3次，每次60分钟。结论：通过验证，优选出最佳提取工艺稳定可行。
