【摘 要】 在临床工作中，医者根据病人的体质，可以更好地进行诊断，从而提高治疗的效果。介绍体质的概念、体质学说、体质的临床价值、系统辨证脉学的概念、系统辨证脉学中的体质脉象系统，并结合脉案1则具体分析系统辨证脉学中体质脉象在临床诊治中的作用。
