【摘 要】 随着经济的发展，脂肪的摄入量过多及构成不合理导致肥胖、糖尿病等与血脂代谢紊乱相关的慢性病的发生率呈逐年上升趋势，运用鱼油辅助治疗越来越被人们认可。文章试从中医角度，讨论鱼油的功效，为更好地开发、运用及推广鱼油提供理论依据。
