【摘 要】 哮喘的发病机制较为复杂，Th2/Th1及Th17/Treg失衡为哮喘主要的免疫学发病机制，其中细胞因子作为效应因子，在哮喘的发病过程中起到了重要的作用。主要对IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IL-17、IL-10等相关因子在哮喘发病原因中的作用进行综述。
