【摘 要】 冰片为芳香开窍药“凉开”之代表药，目前天然冰片(borneolum)、合成冰片(borneolum syntheticum)、艾片(L-borneolum)三种冰片均可作为临床冰片使用。对上述三种冰片的化学成分、提取鉴别、药理活性等进行综述，为临床合理选择的科学性提供一定参考。
