【摘 要】 藏医学脉诊理论和方法极富民族特色，其形成、发展深受其他医学的影响。基于藏族发展史对藏医脉诊史进行梳理，并对藏医脉诊形成过程中产生重要作用的中医脉诊进行比较，有助于理解藏医脉诊的内容和方法，评估其对临床的指导意义，为中医脉诊临床实践提供一定的参考。

    Abstract：Theories and methods of Tibetan medicine pulse diagnosis are extremely ethnic. Its formation and development are deeply influenced by other medicines. Based on the history of Tibetan nationality， combined the history of Tibetan medical treatmentand comparedwith pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine that has played an important role in the development of Tibetan medical pulse diagnosis.It is helpful to understand the content and methods of Tibetan medical pulse diagnosis and to evaluate its guiding significance for clinical practice. It also provide some reference for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis.
