【摘 要】 通过对古代祛痰名方的研究，发现滋阴思想在许多祛痰名方中均有体现，选取有代表性的方子，并简要分析方中滋阴药的作用，结合历代医家观点，从总体在审证求因、治病求本，以防伤阴之弊，阴中求阳、以补为消，增水行舟等方面阐述滋阴药在祛痰中的作用，提高祛痰用滋阴药更深层次的认识。
