【摘 要】 中药黄连以清热燥湿、泻火解毒见长，善于清泻心肝火热之毒，胃肠湿热之邪；黄连历来在消渴病治疗中应用广泛，古代文献详细记载了运用单药黄连及黄连复方辨证论治消渴病的确切疗效。闫镛教授多年来运用黄连不同方剂配伍治疗糖尿病及其并发症，积累了丰富的经验，临床收效明显。
