【摘 要】 目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑梗塞康复期的效果。方法：选取120例脑梗塞患者，将其随机分为观察组与对照组各60例，对照组入院后采用常规的西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药益气祛瘀涤痰法治疗，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗的总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05)；观察组的日常生活能力、神经功能评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用中西医结合治疗脑梗塞康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证，临床治疗效果较好，值得临床推广应用。
