【摘 要】 宋代文人笔下有大量专门吟咏一年中四时八节景况的节序诗词。这些诗词真实、生动地呈现了宋代人们的节日生活，展现了社会和时代的风貌。同時又体现了节日文化、民俗文化与中医药文化的完美结合。文章以节序诗词为对象，对诗词所反映出的节令饮食进行研究，探究这些饮食习俗中所蕴藏的医学思想，防病治病，延年益寿的知识、经验和行为，彰显节日背后丰厚的中医药文化内涵。
