【摘 要】医圣张仲景首提“心悸”以及辨证论治之法之方，为后世垂范。现代医家基于经典、结合临床，拓展了心悸的论治方法，现归纳总结当代部分名老中医对心悸的认识及特色经验，包括从虚实论治、脏腑相关论治以及辨病与辨证相结合论治。
