【摘 要】 文章旨在从叶天士“营血”理论探析DF的病机变化。营热阴亏、络脉瘀阻而发DF，是营分证在DF的基本病机;热灼瘀血、脉络受损而发DF，是血分证在DF病程后期病机变化，为临床运用中医药预防及治疗该病提供新的理论依据和辨证思路。
