【摘 要】 周围性面瘫是临床常见疾病，目前临床西医治疗周围性面瘫以营养神经、抗病毒治疗为主，但单纯西医疗法疗效不佳。门诊收治1例因腮腺混合瘤术出现周围性面瘫面瘫的患者，在西医治疗基础上，采用针刺配合理疗，取得较好的疗效。
