【摘 要】 随着不孕不育疾病发病率的逐年上升，目前辅助生殖技术作为妊娠成功率最高方法的同时，其带来的卵巢过度刺激综合征这一并发症也逐渐增多，而中医在防治该并发症具有独特的优势，文章从病名、病因病机、中药内服法、中医外治法及联合疗法对该并发症的防治等方面进行综述。
