【摘 要】 偏头痛是一种反复发作的慢性头痛，中医属“头痛病”范畴。王宝亮教授在治疗偏头痛中以“风寒湿、肝风肝火”论治，主要分为外感型与内伤型。王宝亮教授认为风邪在偏头痛中的发病及治疗中都有关键作用。同时非常重视预防调护，规避诱因。
