【摘 要】 过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征是近年来新提出的医学诊断名词，其病因病机尚未明确。中医学认为人体是一个有机整体，以五脏为核心，五脏之间关系密切，在生理病理上存在着相生相克的关系。文章根据中医五脏整体观，论述过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征与五脏各个脏腑的相关性，为中医药治疗该病提供参考。
