【摘 要】 肩关节周围炎是目前临床上常见疾病之一，在不同程度上影响人们生活质量。运用中医手段治疗肩关节周围炎具有疗效显著、见效快、副作用少等优点。文章总结贺亚辉副教授运用运动针刺疗法配合普通针刺治疗肩关节周围炎的临证经验。贺亚辉副教授认为肩关节周围炎病程较长，病势缠绵易反复发作，在治疗时根据不同症状以辨证分型，具体取穴。
