【摘 要】 癫痫是临床较常见的中枢神经系统疾病之一，近年来国内外癫痫发病率均呈不断上升趋势，该病具有突发性、反复性、难治性的特点，在疾病发作期严重影响患者的身心健康及生活质量，且长期癫痫发作会导致记忆障碍等认知损害，给患者及家属带来沉重的治疗负担。壮医药在癫痫的治疗上具有悠久的历史和丰富而独特的医疗实践，文章整理了壮医药关于癫痫治疗的相关书籍文献，以期为壮族医药中探寻癫痫的临床防治方法提供参考。
