【摘 要】 芒果苷来源广泛，具有多种药理作用。文章对近年来芒果苷抗糖尿病作用的研究进行综述，从保护胰岛β细胞、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、改善胰岛素抵抗、促进糖酵解以及抗糖尿病并发症等方面综述芒果苷的抗糖尿病作用，以期为芒果苷的临床应用和开发提供参考。
