【摘要】 《急性上消化道出血急诊诊治流程专家共识》是国际上首个由急诊专家制定并达成的指南性文件，包含了多学科急性上消化道出血的诊治精髓，为急性上消化道出血的救治提供了规范的、实用的诊治流程和方法。本文初步阐释了2011年《急性上消化道出血急诊诊治流程专家共识(修订稿)》，肯定了其临床意义，总结了其核心内容，评价了其制定亮点，归纳了急性上消化道出血的急诊诊治流程，指出了其存在的不足，同时提出了对新共识的展望。
