    加拿大家庭医生项目介绍及其对我国的启示

    【摘要】加拿大的家庭医生制度已经存在30多年，为满足患者的健康服务需求，其建立了许多有益的项目和机构，经验较为丰富。本文主要介绍其中意义较为重大的6个项目，分别为家庭照顾项目、“良好”机构项目、家-医院项目、家庭护士服务项目、分享照顾项目、医院之家团队项目，希望这些项目能为我国全科医学的发展提供参考。
