    瞬目反射在颈源性头痛诊断中的应用研究

    【摘要】目的探讨颈源性头痛(CEH)患者瞬目反射(BR)特点，为CEH的临床诊断及治疗评估提供客观指标。方法选取2014年3—9月在首都医科大学宣武医院疼痛诊疗中心确诊的单侧CEH患者30例作为CEH组，同时选取健康志愿者29例作为对照组。记录CEH组患者健侧及患侧R1、R2、R2′波的潜伏期和波幅，并与对照组双侧各成分进行比较。结果CEH组患侧较健侧、对照组双侧瞬目反射R1、R2、R2′潜伏期均延长，R1波幅均降低，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论CEH患者患侧瞬目反射各成分潜伏期均延长，提示可能存在三叉神经传入通路功能障碍。将瞬目反射应用于CEH的诊断及病情评估，有一定价值。

    Abstract【】ObjectiveTo investigate the features of blink reflex (BR) of patients with cervicogenic headache(CEH),in order to provide objective indicators for clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation of CEH.MethodsWe enrolled 30 patients who were definitely diagnosed with unilateral CEH in the Department of Pain Management of Xuanwu Hospital in Capital Medical University from March to September in 2014.We also enrolled 29 healthy volunteers as control group.The latency,amplitude of the components of R1,R2 and R2′of the affected and contralateral side of patients in CEH group were recorded and compared with both sides of control group.ResultsThe affected side of the patients of CEH group was longer(P0.05).ConclusionCEH patients′ affected side presents longer mean latencies in components of R1,R2,R2′ in blink reflex,which suggested that their trigeminal nerve may be affected.Blink reflex can be used in the diagnosis and assessment of CEH. ......
