    老年人合理用药及安全性

    【摘要】随着我国老龄化社会的到来，老年人的健康问题日益受到关注。老年人常有多种慢性疾病,需服用多种药物。然而老年人生理机能下降,药物在体内的药动学及药效学会发生一系列变化,易造成药物蓄积中毒,导致药物不良反应的发生风险增加。本文就老年人药效学和药动学特点、合理用药的基本原则、面临的挑战进行综述，为保障老年人生命健康和用药安全提供参考。

    Abstract【】With the arrival of the aging society in our country,the health of the elderly is receiving increasing attention.Elderly people often have a variety of chronic diseases and need to take a variety of drugs.However,the physiological function of the aged decreases,and a series of changes related to the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs usually occur in vivo.These easily lead to drug accumulation poisoning and increasing risk of adverse drug reactions.In this paper,a review was made in the aspects of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics,the basic principles of rational drug use and challenges for elderly people,which provided reference for the protection of life and safety of the elderly. ......
