垂体后叶素治疗肾穿刺活检术后出血致精神异常二例报道

    【摘要】经皮肾穿刺活检是肾脏病诊治中的重要手段，出血为其最常见的并发症。垂体后叶素为强烈血管收缩药物，临床上用于各种止血治疗，也广泛运用于肾穿刺后出血的治疗。但其应用后患者可能出现精神异常，停用及经镇静治疗后精神可恢复正常。因此在使用垂体后叶素时，应结合患者性格特点，注意其不良反应，同时临床应注重加强心理疏导。
