    【摘要】危重症患者合并急性肾损伤的死亡率高，肾脏替代治疗是有效的治疗和支持手段。然而，目前肾脏替代治疗的时机、剂量、模式等都存在着争议，本文就上述问题的研究现状和进展做一综述。
