    脓毒性休克预后相关生物学指标的研究进展

    【摘要】脓毒性休克是脓毒症较为严重的并发症之一，病死率较高，关于其预后评估指标的探索一直是研究热点。本研究通过查阅既往文献，探讨与脓毒性休克预后相关生物学指标的研究进展。目前尚无单一生物标志物可以准确评估脓毒性休克患者的预后，C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、清蛋白(ALB)等已检测到生物学标志物的预后评估价值仍存在争议。多生物标志物联合检测较单一生物标志物检测的评估准确性更高，应成为进一步的研究重点。

    【Abstract】Septic shock is one of the severe complications of sepsis and induces high case fatality rate.The exploration of its prognostic indicators is a research hotspot.The article investigated the progress of the study of biological indicators for the prognosis of septic shock by review previous literature.At present,no single biological indicator could accurately access the prognosis of patients with septic shock,and it is still controversial on the prognostic value of CRP,PCT and ALB as the indicators.The combination of multiple biological indicators has been proven to be more accurate in the prognosis than single biological indicator and should be taken as an emphasis in further research. ......
