【摘要】 喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)是头颈部常见的原发恶性肿瘤；喉癌发生、发展的分子机制是探索有效诊断方法及治疗策略的关键。寻找对喉癌早期诊断和干预有临床意义的癌症标志物一直是学术界热门领域。近年来，越来越多的研究证实MicroRNA与喉癌的发病和进展密切相关；本文系统地论述了国内外相关文献，总结分析与喉癌相关miRNA的相关分子机制及临床意义并予以综述。
