【摘要】 白介素(IL)-38是IL-1家族的重要一员，也是一种IL-36受体拮抗剂(IL-36Ra)。IL-38主要表达在哺乳动物的免疫器官中，主要通过抑制促炎细胞因子发挥抗炎作用，从而抑制机体的炎性反应，已有研究表明IL-38在支气管哮喘(BA)、变应性鼻炎(AR)中具有抗炎活性，并且可以改善气道阻塞。本文综述了IL-38在哮喘及AR中的表达，为开发这种调节性细胞因子治疗其他上气道炎症的新型治疗方法提供了思路。

    【Abstract】 Interleukin-38(IL-38)is an important member of interleukin-1(IL-1)family and an IL-36 receptor antagonist(IL-36ra). IL-38 is mainly expressed in mammalian immune organs. It plays an anti-inflammatory role mainly by inhibiting proinflammatory cytokines，so as to inhibit the inflammatory response of the body. Previous studies have shown that IL-38 plays an important role in bronchial asthma(BA)and allergic rhinitis(AR)has anti-inflammatory activity and can improve airway obstruction.
