【摘要】 目的 探究慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者治疗期间实施综合干预的效果。方法 2020年3月至2021年5月选择杭州市中医院(丁桥院区)心血管科确诊的CHF患者92例为研究对象，通过单双数法将患者分为对照组(46例)、观察组(46例)，对照组应用常规干预，观察组应用综合干预，获取两组患者的治疗依从性、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心舒张末期内径(LVEDD)与左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)并进行比较。结果 观察组的治疗依从性〔97.8%(45/46)〕高于对照组〔80.4%(37/46)〕(χ2=7.181，P=0.007)。观察组干预后LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(Plt;0.05)；两组患者干预后LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD低于干预前(Plt;0.05)。结论 CHF治疗期间实施综合干预，可提升治疗效果，提高治疗依从性，值得推广应用。
