【摘要】 目的 基于流程重组理论，遵循以患者为中心、诊疗流程最优化、人员作用最大化的原则，构建头颈颌面创伤患者急救管理流程。方法 基于现场调研和质性访谈，采用文献研究和专家函询，构建以头颈颌面急救护士为纽带的多学科协作流程。结果 对头颈颌面创伤患者急救相关核心环节进行流程重组，形成院前院内无缝隙联动、院内救治一站式服务、流程事件及各时间节点实现模块化记录分析的多学科联动信息化急救管理流程。结论 信息化急救管理流程的构建，充分发挥了头颈颌面急救护士的纽带作用，引导多学科团队预警协调、全流程标准化质量控制，缩短急救和等待时间，为保障创伤患者安全高效、专业系统救治奠定基础。
